This show has been dug up from the archives after inquiry about it was made by Bil Hooper. The show happened on a rainy 1998 Valentines Day evening in Las Vegas,Nevada, at a place called The LAB. The LAB was a clever name for a house that had shows that was owned by my friend Ronn Benway. This show was something pretty cool because we were able to have 3 different touring bands meet up with us in Las Vegas for this one off awesome show.. that night we played with SUB-ARACHNOID SPACE, CAPTURED BY ROBOTS, and THE ICEBURN COLLECTIVE. Gentry Densley from Iceburn Collective sat in with Instagon for the session that night too! Also of note is the vocal appearance by the young So Cal poetess Mindy Nettifee. Also that night poet Charles Ardinger, who traveled with us, gave his debut noise performance as FRAUD as well.

During the 2nd jam in our set, there was a wicked car accident that happened just outside of the space we were in.. a car had slid in the rain and smashed into a pole. The cops came and we had to stay inside.. there were about 100 kids and we did not to get the show busted....we had to play really quiet while they cleaned up and then they finished and we continued. .. oh.. I also remember that the cars that were parked outside were in the dirt, and when it rained the dirt became mud that many cars sank in and were not able to escape from when the show was over.. after our set, Ronn Benway performed a legendary solo version of Pink Floyd's "Set The Controls For the Heart of The Sun" in the kitchen of his house and it was something that the gods graced those, who were present in that room, the glory to witness... it was a crazy night.
